7. Privacy and security
You trust us with your customers' orders. We take that seriously. Below we explain, in plain language, which data Autoprint processes and how we protect it. The formal version is in the privacy policy on autoprint.shop.
Which data do we process?
- Your order data — the orders from your webshop, including the name and address details that belong on a packing slip. We need those to be able to produce the slip.
- Your webshop access details — the key with which Autoprint fetches your orders.
- Your own contact details — your name and email address, so you can log in and we can reach you.
We use this data solely to provide the service. We don't sell anything on.
How do we protect it?
- Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). No one can read along in transit.
- Sensitive data is never stored as readable text. Access keys are kept encrypted or as an irreversible "fingerprint" (hash). The secured key on your computer is, moreover, bound to that computer and can't just be used elsewhere.
- Our cloud runs on Microsoft Azure, with strict access control. Only the service itself can reach the secrets, via secured key storage (Azure Key Vault).
GDPR
Autoprint processes personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In practice that means, among other things:
- We only process what's needed for the service.
- You can ask us which data we hold about you, and ask to have it corrected or deleted.
- When processing your customers' data, we act as a processor on your behalf.

Questions, or reporting a concern?
See something that isn't right, or have a question about your data? Email support@autoprint.shop. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
That's it. You now know how Autoprint works, how to set it up and how we handle your data. Happy printing!
